1. About Holiztic

Holiztic provides holistic wellbeing and relaxation treatments designed to support relaxation, wellbeing and self-care. Treatments offered may include Reiki, Crystal Energy Therapy, Indian Head Massage, Relaxation Facial, Hopi Ear Candling, Seated Acupressure Massage, Hand, Arm, Leg and Foot Massage, Meditation and other complementary wellbeing services.

All treatments are complementary therapies and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

2. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked through the website, email, telephone, text message, WhatsApp or other agreed booking methods.

Appointments are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a booking confirmation has been issued.

Clients must be aged 18 or over unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and where appropriate consent has been provided.

3. Health Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their health, medical history, medications and any relevant conditions.

Certain treatments may not be suitable for some medical conditions. Holiztic reserves the right to decline, modify or postpone a treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

If you are pregnant, receiving medical treatment or have any concerns regarding your health, please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before booking.

4. Complimentary Consultation

Each appointment includes a complimentary 5–10 minute arrival consultation to discuss your wellbeing needs, treatment preferences and any relevant health information.

This consultation forms part of your overall appointment experience and is in addition to your booked treatment time.  It helps ensure your treatment is tailored to your individual needs with the optimal outcome.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

A booking is not confirmed until full payment has been made in full.  

Prices may be updated from time to time without notice, however confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

6. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.  Please email liz@holiztic.co.uk or the phone number provided provided in your booking confirmation email to make any changes to your appointment.

• More than 24 hours' notice: no charge.

• Less than 24 hours' notice: up to 50% of the treatment fee may be charged.

• Failure to attend without notice ("no show"): 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.

Holiztic understands that emergencies happen and reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its discretion.  

• If Holiztic require your appointment to reschedule or cancel your appointment, as much notice will be given as possible.  If the reschedule request / cancellation notice is under 24 hours, you will have the option of a full refund.  

• Please note, Transaction Fees can not be refunded as they are taken by the payment provider. 

7. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.  This will be avoided where possible and your full treatment time will be honoured when possible.  

No refunds are provided for treatment time that is lost as a result of late arrival.  

8. Treatment Results

Individual experiences and outcomes vary from person to person.

While many clients report feeling more relaxed, balanced and refreshed following treatment, no specific outcomes or results can be guaranteed.  Refunds are at the complete discretion of Holiztic.

9. Medical Disclaimer

Holiztic services are complementary wellbeing treatments and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Clients should always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns.

No advice provided during treatments should be interpreted as medical advice.

10. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Any expiry date stated on the voucher will apply.

11. Liability

Holiztic will take all reasonable care during the provision of treatments.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holiztic accepts no liability for any indirect loss, damage or injury arising from the use of its services, except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any statutory rights available under UK consumer law.

12. Privacy

Any personal information provided will be handled in accordance with the Holiztic Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

Client information will be treated confidentially and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your consent.

13. Changes to These Terms

Holiztic reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on the website.
